There is a great new TV series called Outnumbered about a couple and their three young children. It is entitled outnumbered because the parents are outnumbered by their children. The comedy series entails the daily chaos and wackiness of their life as they are fastened in an unfair contest with their mischievous kids. They have a daughter and two sons.  Their daughter is very funny, a witty five year old with a talent for intense interrogation.

Gavin and Stacey is another one of the BBC Iplayer Comedy shows . It is an award winning television series written by Ruth Jones and James Corden. It’s a romantic comedy based on the long distance relationship of a couple. They both live on opposite sides of the country. Gavin lives with his family in Billericay, Essex.  Stacey however lives in Barry in South Wales with her mother.   Their love story began when they both agreed to double date with their friends. Gavin fell in love with Stacey at first sight. He got so infatuated that he pursued the relationship even though he has to travel back and forth between Barry and Essex.  Of course they ended up getting married to each other.   Their marriage was a rollercoaster ride as they begin to adjust in the new place they are in.

Russell Howard’s Good News is one hilarious topical comedy show.  It is not surprisingly hosted by Ruseel Howard. He has his unique point of view with regards to the big stories dominating the news outlets online, print and broadcast. What is amazing about him is that he picks up on those overlooked things. He makes it a point that an even minute thing gets attention.  He is so creative that he uses clips, sketches and studio guests .
