Buy DVD of Lastikman (2004)
Adrian was given the power by the magical tree without any explanation (with Lastika getting the same power from the tree, then all of us could be elastic). Adrian and his family went to Manila without any reason (Lara’s claim that Adrian should be in Manila since she is moving to Manila is not convincing). Adrian and Lara went to school which is also attended by rich children (again, no valid explanation was given).
The plot? A cross of Spider-Man 1 and Spider-Man 2. The werewolf-father-and-son-team reminds you of Spider-Man, with the Osborn father-and-son team. Lastika reminds you of Spider-Man 2 with her eight tentacles resemble Dr. Ock. The way Lastikman swings in building is a thing you’ve already seen in both Spider-Man movie.
